Wireless remote control for Sony FX6 (4K) or BURANO (8K) with Canon CN10 or CN20

With my remote control it’s possible to control a Sony FX6 camera with a Canon CN10 lens from around 1km distance away. That gives you an extraordinary good lowlight full frame camera with a 37,5-375mm lens for minimum disturbance and tight close-ups. With the Canon CN20 (50-1000mm) lens you have 75-1500mm.

The system is powered by 4x V-mount 98Wh batteries. Same batteries than for the Red. This is enough to run the camera for 18 hours continuously. Larger batteries are possible for extended several days missions.

Functions to be controlled wireless:

  • Live video
  • Record
  • Iris
  • Focus (pull focus possible)
  • Zoom
  • FPS
  • eND filter
  • Clear filter
  • ISO
  • Menu
  • Pan & tilt
  • Matte Box closing. Protecting from rain.

The battery can be extended with a 30m or 100m cable to change batteries without disturbance. Longer distances are possible on request.

SDI and HDMI input for wireless live video feed.

Recording time in 4K are possible from 2 hours to 24 hours without the need of exchanging memory cards. Recording in Raw with cable is possible as well.

Wireless gives you flexibility to change location quickly with less disturbance than with cables or where a cable would be too long or too difficult to install. Perfect for dens, nests and shy wildlife. The weight of a wireless system is although much less than a cable system and saves on excess luggage.

Manual iris and focus control of LAOWA 24mm probe lens works as well.

The camera is fully weatherproof protected. It’s possible to close the matte box remotely to protect the front lens from rain. Heated front lens optional as well.

The CN10 setup can be mounted in a Peli case for protection from too curious animals like bears and big cats.

If you have special request for your remote scenario just ask. A lot is possible if I have enough time for the preparations.
